Eagle Rock Bank, a locally owned, relationship-driven community bank headquartered in Rochester, Minnesota, today announced the company is moving its current Rochester bank location to a new space just north of its current location.
Eagle Rock Bank will begin business at 3701 40th Avenue NW starting March 30, 2026. The new space features updates that focus on the bank’s relationship-centered business model.
“While our physical space is changing, our Rochester roots remain the same. The same people, the same name, the same commitment to Rochester,” said Brad Becker, co-CEO/President at Eagle Rock Bank. “We’re not going far — we’re just moving down the road. Our clients can expect a seamless transition with no disruption to our services.”
The new space is designed around how people bank today — flexible, digital-first and centered on meaningful in-person connections when they matter most. It is intentionally designed to feel more personal and comfortable — a niche banking experience for clients who value expertise and relationships.
“This move reflects our growth and our confidence in the future of community banking — the place where it all began,” said Kelly Nelson, incoming President at Eagle Rock Bank. "While we understand that change can be an adjustment, we have our clients’ best interests in mind. The future of community banking blends personal connection with modern innovation, and we’ll continue leading the charge in Rochester.”
In addition to the move, Eagle Rock Bank’s current President Brad Becker is retiring at the end of 2025 but will remain on the Board of Directors. Current Senior Vice President Kelly Nelson – a familiar face with a clear vision for Eagle Rock Bank’s future – will step into the role of President to lead their next chapter.
The same team that’s Eagle Rock’s clients have worked with for years will remain in place. With over two decades of experience in the financial industry, Vice President, Deposit Officer Brandi Lind will continue to focus on deposit products and services for business and nonprofit clients.
Eagle Rock’s lending team will also remain on board after the move. Construction and development expert SVP Josh Buckmeier and AVP Jacob Mussell’s passion for helping small to midsize businesses achieve their dreams, Eagle Rock Bank will continue to have the community’s lending needs met with tailored solutions to help its clients reach the next level.
Eagle Rock Bank is also committed to supporting the Rochester community through its Soaring Hearts Program. For more than 25 years, the bank has partnered with area non-profit organizations for a variety of initiatives including youth enrichment, support for first responders, access to mental health resources, and services for people with disabilities.
Bank clients will soon receive communications outlining details of the upcoming transition and any pertinent information regarding the move. For additional updates, clients are encouraged to visit the Eagle Rock Bank website or speak directly with a bank representative.
