Technical Support Specialist
Position Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day technical support to bank employees, ensuring timely resolution of user issues and maintaining reliable operation of end-user systems. This role serves as the first point of contact for technology support within the bank, working closely with the co-managed IT services provider (MSP) to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
The Technical Support Specialist focuses on delivering high-quality customer service, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting core banking and business applications. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, detail-focused, and enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Exposure to automation tools, AI, or data analytics is a plus to support future process improvements.
HR Coordinator (with Client Experience Support)
Position Summary
The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function within a growing community bank. This position is primarily focused on HR Administration, employee support and coordination of core HR processes. In addition, this roll will provide occasional teller support to assist with branch coverage and ensure a seamless customer experience when needed.
